About the Author

  I began some serious life changes, from, working, pregnant soon to be young mother, to official stay-at-home mom. Spending a lot more of my time at home, I have really began to put my God given creativity into a frugal lifestyle, with a Jill-of-all-trades, do it myself, attitude. I've began trying a little bit of everything, and my list of to do's are endless. I started Ell Avenue in hopes, my family, friends, and craftsperson's a like, could keep an eye on our busy life, and take something away. I now prefer my current position title as: "Queen and, keeper of the castle, and protector of the progeny". It's a modest castle, it certainly isn't the most kept, and most of my time protecting the only-progeny is from boo-boo's, bad attitudes and cavities. My education is in Interior Design and my employment experience outside of the house, is in design consulting and kitchen designing. I have dreams of designing again down the road, when my daughter is older.  Join me in Designing classic chapters in your life.
